Dr Krishna Chaitanya K H is a Lead Consultant in Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon with extensive experience in the management of complex vascular diseases, including advanced endovascular interventions, peripheral vascular surgery, and comprehensive aortic care.
He is currently practicing at Aster CMI Hospital and Aster RV Hospital, Bengaluru, where he is actively involved in the treatment of complex aortic pathologies, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, venous disorders, and dialysis access procedures.
Core Expertise in Aortic & Endovascular Surgery
Dr Krishna Chaitanya has a special interest in complex aortic interventions, including open, endovascular, and hybrid repair of aortic aneurysms and dissections.
He has significant experience in advanced endovascular techniques such as EVAR, TEVAR, fenestrated and branched aortic repair, and regularly performs complex aortic procedures. He is also actively involved in planning and performing fenestrated and complex endovascular aneurysm repairs and has proctored several advanced aortic interventions across multiple centres in India.
Comprehensive Clinical Experience
Dr Krishna Chaitanya has wide experience in peripheral vascular surgery and endovascular interventions, including limb salvage procedures, carotid endarterectomy and stenting, renal and mesenteric artery interventions, management of acute limb ischemia, and treatment of complex arterial and venous diseases.
His clinical practice also includes creation and maintenance of dialysis access, venous stenting and thrombolysis, diabetic foot management, thoracic outlet syndrome surgery, and vascular procedures in renal transplantation.

Dr Krishna Chaitanya has previously worked at Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Yeshwanthpur and Hebbal, Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital, Hyderabad, and M S Ramaiah Medical College, where he was involved in both clinical work and teaching.
He has also served as an Assistant Professor in Vascular Surgery and has been actively involved in training residents and young surgeons.
